SpaceX officially closes its Cursor acquisition

Cursor says it is officially part of SpaceX after the companies first announced a partnership and acquisition option in April. The startup said the deal gives it access to SpaceX’s massive GPU fleet, positioning its AI coding tools as a front end for large-scale compute.
