Qualcomm wants to be the chip inside whatever replaces your smartphone, and it just announced two products toward that end

Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon said the company is working on more than 40 AI wearable devices, including jewelry, camera-equipped earbuds, pins, and watches. The announcement signals Qualcomm’s push to supply chips for devices that could become the next major computing platform after smartphones.
