The company is also said to be expanding its AI glasses lineup and preparing a Wearables for Work subscription as Reality Labs continues to post heavy losses.

Meta appears to be betting that AI wearables can become more useful and commercially viable after earlier products struggled with privacy concerns and unclear value. The push also suggests Reality Labs is broadening beyond VR and AR headsets as Meta seeks new hardware categories that can justify its long-running investment.
