Sequoia backs David Silver’s London AI lab Ineffable Intelligence to build reinforcement-learning “superlearner” without human data

Sequoia says it is partnering with David Silver and his new London-based AI research lab, Ineffable Intelligence, which aims to develop a superlearner that gains knowledge through experience rather than internet-scale pretraining.
