EDITOR BRIEF
REI’s Labor Day sale runs through September 7, 2026, with discounts across outdoor apparel, camping, hiking, and REI Co-op gear. Highlights include 25% off Darn Tough socks, a discounted Garmin InReach Mini 3 Plus, and extra savings for REI members using a 20% outlet coupon.
COMMENTARY
The sale shows how outdoor retailers are leaning on broad seasonal promotions to move both everyday essentials and higher-ticket safety gear. Member-only coupons reinforce loyalty programs as a key way to increase repeat purchases while making paid memberships feel immediately valuable.
