Amazon just hiked the prices for Echo, Fire TV, and Kindle products by up to 60 percent

Amazon increased prices across several device lines, citing higher memory and storage component costs. The biggest hikes hit lower-priced products, including the Echo Dot rising from $49.99 to $79.99 and the base Kindle increasing nearly 37% to $149.99.
