Now you can securely link multiple phones to one Signal account

Signal is rolling out support for linking additional Android phones and iPhones to a single phone number, expanding beyond its existing support for PCs and iPads. Users can read and respond to new messages across linked devices and choose whether to transfer an end-to-end encrypted copy of prior message history.

Multi-phone support closes a long-standing usability gap for Signal while preserving its security-focused design. The optional history transfer reflects a broader trend toward giving users more control over device trust as messaging accounts span more hardware.
