Cyera acquires Oasis Security to combine data security with non-human identity protection for enterprise AI agents

Cyera and Oasis Security are joining forces to build a broader security platform for enterprises adopting AI. Oasis focuses on non-human identities such as API keys, service accounts, OAuth tokens, and AI agent credentials, while Cyera maps where sensitive data lives, who can access it, and what risk that creates.

The deal reflects a shift in enterprise security from protecting only human users and endpoints toward governing the identities and data flows used by AI systems. As AI agents gain real permissions across corporate environments, platforms that combine data security and identity control could become central to CISO budgets.
