Epic wants to let you bring your Fortnite skins to other games

Epic Games says Unreal Engine 6 will let developers build games that can use a player’s Fortnite skins, while also enabling outside developers to create skins that work in Fortnite. The company frames the effort as a practical test of interoperable digital items in a complex, high-value ecosystem.
