WiiM expands its whole-home ecosystem with a new soundbar

WiiM is launching the WiiM Bar in July, its first soundbar and a new addition to its affordable whole-home audio ecosystem. The $479 device offers a 3.0.2 Dolby Atmos setup, eight drivers, four passive radiators, broad streaming support, and expandability with other WiiM products.

The launch signals WiiM’s push beyond standalone streamers and speakers into living-room home theater, where ecosystems increasingly matter as much as individual hardware. By combining premium-style features with lower pricing, WiiM could pressure established audio brands in the midrange soundbar market.
