Sennheiser’s new Momentum 5 headphones have upgraded ANC and a replaceable battery

Sennheiser announced the Momentum 5 Wireless headphones, keeping the Momentum 4’s modern design while upgrading the internals. The new model adds improved ANC and, for the first time in the lineup, a user-replaceable battery, launching June 30 for $399.99.

The replaceable battery reflects growing pressure on consumer electronics makers to improve repairability and product longevity. Nearly four years after the last version of Sennheiser's Momentum headphones debuted with a redesign that traded a retro aesthetic for a more contemporary and comfortable design, the company has announced its Momentum 5 Wireless headphones.
